LIFE IN SAUDI ARABIA

Life in Riyadh has taught me quite a bit about myself, my strengths, my weaknesses, and my tolerance levels. It has also showed me a side of human beings I would have not otherwise seen or experienced. It is, putting it mildly, curious to observe the expats here. A stroll through a Mall will draw your attention to behaviors which would have gone unnoticed in another context.
Expats come together in groups that would not have congealed in their native countries. I wish I had the anthropological/psychological qualification to study and label these behaviors :)

Hi again!
It has been a long time since I have blogged, namely because since we moved to Riyadh, life has been a whirlwind of adventures and excitement that have kept me too busy to do anything other than prepare classes, explore the area, meet people and L I V E !

The second semester is coming to an end, soon we will be flying to Spain on our University trip, then flying back, picking up the hubby and home to our children, grandchildren and the rest of the family and friends.
